D-Flow sells access to browser-based charting tools: D-Flow Terminal, D-Flow DOM and D-Flow Gamma. Your plan decides which tools you can open: Orderflow (Terminal, $15.99 a month), Pro (Terminal and DOM, $59.99 a month) and Ultimate (Terminal, DOM and Gamma, $79.99 a month).
One account is for one person. Don't share your login or resell access. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend accounts that share access, abuse the service or try to get around payment.
Card: card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. Crypto: crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. A crypto payment gives 30 days of the plan you chose and does not renew by itself.
Prices and order-book data come from third parties (such as Binance, OANDA and CBOE delayed options data). We don't control them and can't promise they are always complete, correct or available. Some values, such as gamma exposure, are estimates and are labelled that way. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
D-Flow is a charting and analysis tool. Nothing in it is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make your own trading decisions.
The tools are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or any indirect loss from using or not being able to use D-Flow. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 30 days.
We may update these terms. If a change matters for paying customers we'll tell you before it applies; price changes only apply from your next billing period.
Cancel any time. Card plans can be cancelled from your account (Manage card plan). You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
First payment: if D-Flow isn't for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first card payment and we'll refund it in full.
Renewals and part-months are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal date.
Crypto payments can't be reversed, so they are not refundable. If something goes wrong with a crypto payment (for example you paid but the plan didn't activate), contact us and we'll sort it out.
To ask for a refund or help, contact us at the email shown in your account confirmation.
Your email address, your name if you give it, and how you logged in (email, Google, Apple or GitHub). We store which plan you have and until when it works. We don't see or store your card details: Lemon Squeezy handles cards. For crypto we keep the payment ID, amount and status from NOWPayments.
Account data is stored with Supabase (our database and login provider). Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy and NOWPayments under their own privacy policies.
Your chart settings, layouts and any API token you connect (for example an OANDA token) are saved in your own browser only. They are not sent to us.
We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising. We only email you about your account and payments.
You can ask us to export or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account ends your access.
Trading gold, forex, CFDs, futures, options and crypto carries a high risk of losing money and isn't suitable for everyone. Past price behaviour, orderflow or gamma levels don't guarantee what happens next. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
